Return Process

Tangible Goods
  • Eligibility: We don't accept returns for tangible goods (chocolates, gift boxes, etc.) if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect from your end.

  • Cancellation Period: You can Cancel items within 36 hours or before till the product is dispatched to Courier.

  • Process:

    1. Approval: Once your cancellation is approved, we will provide you with a Cancellation.

    2. Refund or Replacement: Upon receipt and inspection of the Cancelled item, we will process your refund within 7 Working days.
